NISOW Elite is a competitive girls flag football program out of Elite Sports Center in Loves Park, Illinois. What started as a bold idea has quickly become one of the most exciting stories in youth sports — a program where girls from every age and background come to develop, compete, and win.
We don't just put teams on the field. We build athletes — coaching routes, defense, speed, and flag-pulling technique while developing the confidence and competitive edge that lasts far beyond a single season. NISOW is a year-round commitment to getting better, every single day.

NISOW Elite is now preparing for the Chicago Bears Regional in Rockford, Illinois — with the goal of representing NISOW, Rockford, and the Chicago Bears at NFL Nationals. This is the next step for our program, and our athletes are putting in the work.
